Guarantee Policy

If advertised on the registration flyer, we will refund your money if you’re not satisfied.

Here’s how it works:

1.  If you registered for a course, you must attend the course.  No-shows do not receive a refund. 

2.  If you aren’t satisfied, return your class materials to the instructor before the end of the workshop.  Let the instructor know you want a refund. Within 5 business days of the course date, you must contact Still Training LLC (STL). requesting your refund.  The e-mail address is mail@thecorecourse.com.  Write the word “REFUND” in the subject line header and your contact information.

3.  A staff member will contact you to discuss why you weren’t satisfied.  We want to know so we can correct the deficiency in the course or the instructor if possible.

4.  Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of speaking with a staff member.

No Show and Refund Policy
Once tuition for a workshop is paid, there are no refunds, no exceptions. 
If you pay for a workshop and are unable to attend, you have two options:

OPTION 1:  you can a transfer your tuition to another person to attend the workshop on THE SAME DATE as the workshop for which you are registered.  To do this you MUST contact Still Training LLC (STL) prior the event date with your replacement nominee information.

OPTION 2: you can transfer your tuition for the same event within a 90 day period of the event for which you paid.  To do this, you must contact STL to request a transfer form.  The course materials will be sent to you, and it will be your responsibility to check the website for a location that will suit your needs.  STL makes no guarantee that a replacement location for your convenience will be offered, or that the same course will be offered in the 90 day period.  A $35 transfer fee will be charged to transfer your tuition to another location.

Certificate Policy
Each enrolled student will receive one (1) certificate included with their paid tuition.  For additional certificates in the same state or another state, or for replacement certificates after a workshop, there is a processing fee of $35.00 for each additional certificate requested.
 
Some workshops are approved for certification for multiple licenses in the same state or in different states.  If a student wants to use a course for multiple license credit (interstate or intrastate), it is the sole responsibility of each student to assure that this is allowed by the agencies administering the licenses.
 
To receive course credit each student must attend the approved clock hours mandated by the state where the course is presented.
