What is REIA Certification?
Real Estate Investment Analyst^TM (REIA) training teaches the baseline and advanced analysis skills to analyze, evaluate and price real estate as an investment. REIA teaches metrics analysis, ROI before and after tax, structuring seller financing, and estate tax & planning issues.  REIA is not commercial real estate training per se, it's investment training.  REIA skills can be applied to any kind of property: single family, condo's, office, multi family, retail, industrial and land.

Using the financial calculator to measure price appreciation and depreciation
Income and expense analysis
Cash flow forecasting
Tax calculations: interest, depreciation and capital gains
